PEACHES & CREAM CAKE 
1 pkg. butter flavor cake mix
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
4 c. chopped fresh peaches or (can sub. frozen, drained)
2 c. whipping cream
2-3 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 c. commercial sour cream

Prepare cake according to package directions, using two 9 inch cake pans. Cool cake completely and split each layer. Combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Add peaches, cook over medium heat stirring constantly until smooth and thickened. Cool this mixture, completely.

Combine whipping cream with powdered sugar, beat until stiff peaks form. Spoon 1/3 of the peach filling over each cake layer, spread with 1/3 of sour cream, ending with a cake layer. Frost with whipped cream, top and sides.
