STRAWBERRY BUTTERMILK SHERBET 
4 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. corn syrup
1 c. pureed strawberries
2 tsp. sugar sweetener

Mix all ingredients and freeze in ice cream maker or in trays in your freezer. Serve a small scoop and place 1/2 strawberry on top with fresh mint leaf. Recommended Portion: 1/4 cup. 58 calories per serving.

Variation: You may substitute any fresh fruit.
