FRAN'S VEGETABLE SOUP | |
2 lb. chuck roast 5 carrots, diced 3 sticks celery, diced 1 onion, diced 3 potatoes, diced 2 tbsp. parsley 1 can tomato soup 1 can vegetable soup 1 lg. can whole tomatoes 1 sm. can mushrooms Salt and pepper to taste Boil meat for 10 minutes - drain well. Place meat in new 1/2 pot of water. Boil 1 hour with salt and pepper. Add rest of ingredients. Cook an additional 1 1/2 hours or until tender. |
