QUICHE LORRAINE 
9 inch unbaked pie shell
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (8 oz.)
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 tbsp. sliced green onion
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of nutmeg
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Sprinkle cheese, bacon, and onion over bottom of pie shell. Beat together eggs, half and half, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in preheated 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
