CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
3/4 lb. butter
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour cake flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon or almond (your decision)

Cream together butter and cream cheese. Blending in sugar with electric mixer. Add eggs one at a time and continue to blend. Add flavoring and flour and beat until smooth. Do not over beat. Pour batter into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake 325 degrees oven for 1 1/2 hour or until cake is golden brown.
