1 c. butter, softened 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 3 c. sugar 6 lg. eggs 3 c. all-purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1/4 tsp. baking soda 3/4 tsp. lemon extract Beat butter and cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer about 2 minutes or until soft. Add sugar gradually, beat at medium speed 5 to 7 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating just until yellow disappears. Combine flour and soda. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in flavorings. Spoon batter into a greased and floured 13 cup bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely on a wire rack. |
