CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
1 1/2 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 c. sugar
Dash salt
1 tbsp. lemon extract (may use less)
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
6 lg. eggs
3 c. flour

Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar. Add salt and extracts. Add eggs, one at a time, alternating with 1/2 cup of flour, beating well after each addition. Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours. (Freezes well for up to 2 months.)
