CLAM SPAGHETTI 
2 cans minced (or chopped) snow clams
2 c. scissor cut parsley
2 tbsp. each of butter and olive oil
8 cloves of garlic (chopped fine)
1/2 tsp. oregano
3/4 tsp. basil
Salt and pepper to taste
8 oz. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown garlic in melted butter and oil; add seasonings and clams (with juice). Cook until well blended over low heat. Add parsley and mix.

Pour over 1 pound cooked spaghetti. Stir in cheese and serve. Serves 6 to 8 people.
