STRAWBERRY CHEESE MOLD 
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 (8-10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries

Mix and pour into greased ring mold. Put into refrigerator to set.

Soften: 1/4 c. cold water

Set into warm water until ready to use. Cream and soften 1 (8 oz.) package Philadelphia cream cheese; set aside. Whip 1 pint of whipping cream adding 1/2 cup powdered sugar.

Blend the gelatin with 1 (7 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained. Mix whipping cream and cream cheese. Fold the pineapple into this. Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Put into Jello mold (before the Jello gets too firm).
