GAZPACHO SOUP 
8 lg. tomatoes, peeled and diced
1 lg. cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 c. cold water
1/4 c. olive oil
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 sm. cloves garlic, crushed
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs

Combine all ingredients; blend until smooth. Cover and chill for about 3 hours.
