CHICKEN MILANO 
4 chicken breasts
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 cups cracker crumbs
salt to taste
1/2 cup oil
1 cup pasta sauce
1 cup cream
1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Cut chicken into thin slivers and salt to taste. Dip breasts in flour, eggs, and then crumbs. Fry in oil until meat is tender and golden brown from both sides. Place in baking dish. Mix pasta sauce and cream. Pour over chicken and top with cheese.

Bake until sauce is heated and cheese is melted.
