STEAK SOUP 
2 tbsp. oil or butter
1 garlic clove, minced
2 med. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. flour
1 lb. minute steak, cut in cubes
2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet sauce
2 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. tomato paste
3 c. beef bouillon
1 c. green pepper, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
1 c. celery, cut in 1 inch pieces
2 med. potatoes, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 c. carrots, sliced

Combine oil, garlic and onions in large pan. Cook 5 minutes until onions are soft. Cut steak in small cubes and roll in flour. Add to onions and garlic and cook until slightly brown. Stir. Mix in remaining ingredients. Cook until vegetables are tender.
