PLAZA STEAK SOUP 
1/2 stick butter
3 tbsp. flour (you may add more later, thicken to taste)
5 c. water
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. each: onions, carrots, celery & other vegetables
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp. Accent
1 1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. black pepper
4 whole cloves
1 bay leaf
Salt to taste

Brown meat and drain fat off. melt butter in 2 quart pan and whip in flour to make smooth paste. Add water. Stir constantly, add beef cubes, tomatoes and other seasonings. Add cooked ground beef and vegetables. Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
