DIJON CHICKEN (Lo-Cal) 
5 boneless chicken breasts
1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1/4 tsp. crushed rosemary
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. olive oil

Saute chicken 2 minutes or until slightly browned in about 1/4 cup olive oil. Add all other ingredients that have been mixed together. Simmer 10 minutes stirring often until chicken is tender.
