TURKEY GOULASH 
1 lb. ground turkey
4 c. finely chopped canned tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces with liquid
2 pkgs. beef or chicken bouillon
3 oz. uncooked elbow macaroni
Salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder to taste

Brown turkey. Add all ingredients except macaroni. Bring to a boil. Add macaroni (do not stir in) and continue to boil uncovered until macaroni absorbs the liquid and is tender (about 20 minutes). Good low cal., low fat and fast recipe.
