CHOCOLATE AMARETTO CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/3 c. Amaretto
4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 c. sour cream

Combine chocolate, wafer crumbs, and butter; mixing well. Firmly press into bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Chill 30 minutes. Beat cream cheese at low speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy; gradually add sugar, mixing well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.

Stir in Amaretto and mix until blended. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool to room temperature on wire rack. Place chocolate in top of double boiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook until chocolate melts. Stir in sour cream. Spread chocolate mixture evenly over the cake and chill.
