HONEY - GLAZED CHICKEN 
3 lbs. chicken parts, skinned
1/2 c. orange juice
1/3 c. honey
1 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
1 tbsp. dried tarragon leaves

Marinate chicken for several hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes, basting once or twice with juices.
