HONEY GLAZED CHICKEN 
6 skinned, boned chicken breast halves
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 tbsp. (1 stick) butter
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Wash chicken and drain. Melt 4 tablespoons of the butter in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Mix flour, salt and pepper in a bag or bowl. Coat chicken with the flour mixture. Roll chicken pieces, one at a time, in melted butter to coat all over. Place skinned side down in a single layer in the baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Melt remaining 4 tablespoons butter in saucepan. Stir in honey, lemon juice and soy sauce. Turn chicken, pour honey mixture over breasts. Bake an additional 25 minutes, basting with syrup and drippngs from time to time. Serves 6.
