CHICKEN - SWEET & HOT 
1 chicken, quartered & salted
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. red currant jelly
1 c. orange juice
3 dashes Tabasco
1/2 c. butter
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
3/4 tsp. powdered sugar

Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in pan. Heat slowly, stirring until jelly is blended and sauce is smooth. Cool. Pour sauce over chicken and marinate for 2-3 hours. Cover and cook in preheated oven, 350 degrees, for 1 hour. Uncover, increase oven to hot and baste frequently until brown. Serve with rice. Serves 4-6.
