GLAZED CHICKEN 
1 1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. apricot preserves
3 tbsp. fresh ginger
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
Zest of 1 orange
Zest of 1 lemon

Mix well; pour over boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Let sit for 24 hours in refrigerator. Grill. Pour extra sauce over chicken grilling.
