SWEET AND SOUR GLAZED CHICKEN 
3 lb. chicken, cut up
1 c. preserves (peach, apricot, or orange)
8 oz. bottle sweet and spicy French salad dressing
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Cooked rice

Put chicken in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. In a medium bowl combine preserves, salad dressing and dry soup mix. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, remove foil and bake an additional 45-55 minutes. Serve over rice.
