SAUERKRAUT PORK STEW 
6 boneless center cut pork chops
1 lg. can sauerkraut
2 onions, sliced thin
3 to 4 apples, peeled & sliced
1/2 c. white wine
Salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. In Dutch oven, layer half the chops, top with half sauerkraut, half onions and half apples. Repeat. Pour wine over mixture. Cover and bake in 300 degree oven for 3 1/2 hours.
