GRANDMA'S SPARKLING GINGER SNAPS | |
2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. cloves 1/4 tsp. ginger 3/4 c. butter 1 c. sugar 1 egg, unbeaten 1/4 c. molasses Cream butter, sugar, egg, and molasses well. Stir in dry ingredients. Chill 1 hour. Form teaspoon of dough into ball. Roll in granulated sugar to coat. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 9 to 12 minutes. |
