PAVLOVA 
3 egg whites
3 tbsp. cold water
1 c. sugartsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. cornstarch

Beat whites until stiff. Add cold water and beat again. Add sugar very gradually while still beating. Slow beater and add vinegar, vanilla and cornstarch. Place on greased paper on greased tray and bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes, leave in oven to cool. When cool top with whipped cream and sliced kiwi fruit.
