NEW ZEALAND PAVLOVA 
3 egg whites
3 tbsp. cold water
1 c. Castor sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla essence
3 tsp corn flour

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add cold water and beat again. Add Castor sugar very gradually while still beating. Slow beater and add vinegar, vanilla and corn flour. Place on greased paper on greased tray and bake at 150 degrees C (300 degrees F) for 45 minutes, then leave to cool. Top with beaten cream and slices of kiwi fruit.
