STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water; add cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Beat gelatin over ice until very light and fluffy. Fold in whip cream. Pour into 1 1/2 quart mold.
