MOM'S STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. or container frozen strawberries
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Do not drain strawberries. Blend or whip all above ingredients together. Mixture does not thicken. Transfer to either an ice cube tray or a small meat loaf pan and freeze until ready to use. This is for half the recipe and should serve 6.
