SUZY A'S STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. boiling water
Grated peel of 1 orange
1/4 c. orange juice
1 pt. strawberries, coarsely cut
1 c. heavy cream, softly whipped

Combine Jello and sugar in mixing bowl. Add boiling water and stir to dissolve. Stir in orange peel and juice. Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white. Fold in strawberries and cream. Turn into a 5 cup mold and chill until firm (about 4 hours). Unmold and serve with sugar cookies.
