EASY MEXICAN SKILLET | |
1 lb. pork sausage 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. chili powder 2 c. tomatoes 1 can tomato sauce 1 c. uncooked macaroni 1/2 c. sour cream Lightly brown meat, drain off fat, add onion and green pepper. Cook until tender. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream, heat through. Good with or without sour cream. Can use tomato paste instead of sauce. |
