HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 (48 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of celery
12 oz. sour cream
1 onion, chopped
2 c. shredded cheese

Mix all ingredients. Grease 2-quart casserole.

Bake at 375°F for 1 hour.
