HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated cheese

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. butter

Sprinkle on top and put back in oven for 10 minutes. Serves 16.
