HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 pint sour cream
1 pint cream of chicken soup

Mix all ingredients and pour into a casserole.

Mix:

1/4 c. butter
2 c. crushed Corn Flakes

Spread over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
