FUNNEL CAKES 
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking powder

Put all ingredients into a bowl; mix well. Pour batter into a large measuring cup. Pour around in circles and criss-cross in hot fat in a deep frying pan. Fry until golden brown. Flip oven and fry other side.
