MOMMA LOTTIE'S CHERRY TARTS 
1 c. butter, soft
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white corn syrup
2 eggs, separated
2 1/2 c. flour

Cream butter and sugar. Add corn syrup, egg yolks and flour; mix well. Shape into balls, press thumb print in each. Press in cherry. Bake at 325 degrees.
