PLUM KUCHEN 
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

PLUM FILLING:

2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 tbsp. flour
4 c. plums, halved & pitted
1 tbsp. lemon juice

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream

Mix together flour and sugar. Cut butter into flour mixture. Beat egg yolk and vanilla together and add to flour. Form dough into ball. Press into 9 inch pie pan.
