BERRY KUCHEN WITH CUSTARD 
1 c. flour
2 rounded tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg

Cream butter. Add egg. Mix other ingredients and put into 8 x 10 inch tin. Make ridge around edge to hold filling.

FILLING:

1 c. milk or cream
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat all together. Line bottom of crust with berries. Pour filling over them and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes then at 350 degrees for another 15 minutes or until custard is firm. Cool well before cutting.
