MAPLE FLAVORED BAKED LIMAS 
1 lb. dried lima beans
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. maple syrup
1/4 c. butter

Soak beans overnight. Drain. Cover with cold water and add salt. Simmer until tender. Drain, reserving liquid. Place beans in casserole. Combine 1 cup reserved liquid, syrup and butter. Pour over beans. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
