1 c. butter (soft)
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 level tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix as any pound cake and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

MOCHA ICING:

1 box powdered sugar (sifted)
1 stick butter (soft)
4 tbsp. cocoa
About 6 tbsp. cold coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
