CHOCOLATE ANNIVERSARY POUND CAKE 
3 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
2 sticks butter
5 tbsp. cocoa
3 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
5 eggs

Cream Crisco, butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs on at a time, beating well. Sift dry ingredients together. Mix alternately with milk to the creamed mixture, add vanilla. Pour in greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cool 20 minutes and then invert onto a plate.

My sister found this recipe on a Hershey's cocoa tin in the 1970's and showed it to my mother. We love it, my kids love it. But I use all butter instead of the shortening.
