CORN CHIP CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. corn chips
2 cans green chilies
1 (20 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
Garlic, salt & pepper to taste

Cook meat until it is no longer pink. Add about 1 cup bread crumbs, onion, 1/2 of the tomatoes and seasoning.

Mix green chilies and remaining tomatoes. In a large baking dish put a layer of crushed corn chips, a layer of meat mixture and a layer of chili mixture, grated cheese. Repeat and top with grated cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
