1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
4 tbsp. dry strawberry Jello
2 c. fresh strawberries (sliced)
3 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 baked pie shell

In a saucepan combine water, sugar and cornstarch, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Heat this until thickened then add dry strawberry Jello. Let cool while fixing your other ingredients.

Mix your powdered sugar and cream cheese together and line your pie shell with it. Then place your sliced strawberries on to of your cream cheese mixture, then pour your cornstarch mixture over your strawberries. Top with Cool Whip and garnish with sliced strawberries. Refrigerate before serving.
