FRIED LIMA BEANS 
3 tbsp. peanut oil
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby lima beans, defrosted and drained
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chicken stock
2 tsp. sesame oil

Heat pan over high heat and add peanut oil. Heat for 30 seconds. Add the beans and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the salt and sugar and stir for 30 seconds more. Add the chicken stock, stir and reduce the heat to low.

Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove the cover and turn up the heat. Add the sesame oil and stir for 30 seconds.
