FLUFFY CHEESE CAKE DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 20)
3 tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling, optional
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 pkg. Betty Crocker fluffy frosting mix
1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream

Mix cracker crumbs, butter and sugar; reserve 1/3 cup. Press remaining crumb mixture evenly in bottom of ungreased 9 x 9 inch square pan.

Prepare frosting mix as directed on package. Blend cream cheese and sour cream in large mixer bowl. Beat in frosting gradually. Pour over crumb mixture in pan. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 300 degrees. Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate. Serve with or without pie filling. Serves 9.
