FROZEN STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tub ready to spread
Cream cheese frosting
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 (10 oz.) box frozen strawberries

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix wafer crumbs and melted butter. Press into an ungreased square pan (9 x 9 x 2 inch). Bake 10 minutes and cool.

Mix frosting, cottage cheese and sour cream in a small bowl. Beat on high speed until blended, about 3 minutes. Spread 1/2 of the frosting mixture over crust. Spread the strawberries over this. Next, spread the remaining frosting mixture over strawberries. Freeze until firm (about 8 hours).
