LOW CALORIE CHEESE CAKE 
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 env. unflavored gelatin

Mix in blender. 1/3 c. sugar

Blend again: 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Blend again. Add 2 cups cottage cheese; blend until smooth. Put in graham cracker crust. Refrigerate 2 hours.

CREAM FROSTING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp. cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Stir in vanilla. Add cream until frosting is right for decorating cake.
