FUDGE CHEESECAKE BARS 
2 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 c. butter, cut up
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 (2 layer) size pkg. creamy fudge chocolate frosting mix
8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Mix butter, flour and sugar to resemble coarse crumbs. Pat in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Combine frosting mix and cream cheese, beat well. Add eggs and beat until smooth. Spread over crust and sprinkle with nuts. Bake again at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
