1 cake yeast
2/3 c. lukewarm water
6 c. flour
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/4 lb. butter
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon extract

POTICA FILLING:

1 lb. ground nuts
1 c. honey
3 egg whites
3 egg yolks
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1 c. yellow raisins (washed & ground, optional)
