SPANISH CHICKEN 
1 boiled chicken, boned
1 onion, diced
8 oz. grated Longhorn cheese
2 cans Rotel tomatoes & peppers
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 pkg. tortillas (torn)
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Line bottom of casserole dish with softened tortillas. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the tortillas. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
