MOTHER'S GRAPENUTS BREAD 
1 c. Grapenuts
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
4 c. flour
1 c. sour milk
1 egg
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 tsp. baking soda

Soak Grapenuts in sour milk for 15 minutes. Add salt, sugar, egg and cold water. Sift together, adding powder, soda and flour. Add to other ingredients mixing well. Bake in 2 loaf pans, for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. (Delicious sliced and toasted.)
