COU - COU - EAT WITH SAUTE FISH 
1 lb. corn meal
16 fresh okra, sliced
6 c. water
3 tsp. salts
2 tbsp. butter

Wash okras, cut off stems and boil with water and salt for 8-10 minutes. Lower heat; then add corn meal while stirring vigorously until mixture comes to a heavy paste. Slow cook 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
